Who provides Reclose
Reclose is a software brand operated by Anna Kubiak in the United States. Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@getreclose.com.
The service and current testing limits
Reclose helps businesses organize contacts, leads, opportunities, proposals, conversations, appointments, recovery work, and revenue evidence. You remain responsible for the business information you enter and the actions you authorize.
The current hosted release is a prelaunch testing experience. Messaging is simulated, real outbound messages are disabled, and autonomous AI communication is disabled. Use fictional customer records for testing. Do not upload confidential customer information, health records, payment-card details, or other sensitive data to this prelaunch environment.
Accounts and appropriate use
You must be authorized to act for the organization you create or join. Keep account access secure, provide accurate account information, and respect the permissions assigned to your role. Do not attempt to access another organization’s records, bypass safeguards, abuse the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize its processing as needed to provide the features you use, maintain security, and respond to your requests. Only submit information you have permission to provide.
Pricing and test subscriptions
Standard listed plans are Starter at $499 per month, Growth at $999 per month, and Pro at $1,999 per month, in USD. Enterprise arrangements require a separate discussion.
Checkout currently runs exclusively in Stripe Sandbox/Test Mode. No real payment is collected, and a test subscription does not authorize a future real charge. Use test payment details only. Any future paid subscription will require a separate, clearly disclosed live checkout with its applicable billing terms.
Subscription, cancellation, and refund policy
Subscriptions are monthly, with no long-term contract requirement. Customers may cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing through that period. Any request for immediate cancellation must be confirmed separately. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace records.
Unused time is not prorated or refunded by default. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and exceptional cases may be reviewed; refunds are provided where required by law. Failed or past-due payments may restrict paid access after the applicable billing handling. Review the billing policy and the dates shown before confirming a change.
An approved Founding Partner offer provides up to 30 days free, then 40% off the selected plan for 12 monthly billing periods, followed automatically by the current standard plan price. The discount is not lifetime pricing. Plan changes do not restart it, and cancellation follows the normal policy. Eligibility is explicitly approved for the organization; signing up does not grant it.
Review, results, and availability
Review suggestions, customer-facing content, and business decisions before relying on them. A draft is not a sent message, an appointment request is not a confirmed booking, and a potential opportunity is not recovered revenue. Demonstration records are fictional and do not represent customer results.
Reclose does not guarantee revenue, sales, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability. Prelaunch features may change or become temporarily unavailable. The service is not a substitute for professional advice or an emergency service.
Ending use and reporting a problem
You may stop using the prelaunch service at any time. An organization owner can manage a test subscription through Settings → Billing and the configured Stripe Customer Portal. Account or data-removal requests can be sent to our support email; we may need to verify your authority before acting.
Access may be restricted to protect other users, investigate misuse, or maintain security. Contact us if you believe access was restricted incorrectly. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes
Updates to these terms will carry a revised effective date. A future change of operator or introduction of live billing will be identified clearly rather than inferred from your participation in testing.
