Who is responsible
Reclose is operated by Anna Kubiak in the United States. Contact sales@getreclose.com with privacy questions or requests. When a business supplies information about its customers, that business is responsible for having authority to supply it and for directing its permitted use.
Information we process
Contact inquiries contain the name, email, company, message, and reply permission you provide. Accounts include identity and organization information. Workspaces store the records you enter, such as contacts, leads, estimates, appointments, notes, and simulated conversations, together with access and activity history.
Service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request, device, network, session, and error information. Reclose stores billing identifiers and subscription status; payment-card entry takes place on Stripe’s hosted pages. Reclose does not store card numbers or security codes.
Use fictional customer information in the current prelaunch application. Do not submit sensitive customer records, passwords, API keys, or real payment-card details through the contact form or workspace.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the website and application functions you request, authenticate users, enforce organization access, maintain operational history, protect against misuse, manage test subscriptions, and respond to inquiries. Permission to reply to a contact inquiry is not permission for general marketing or SMS campaigns.
Providers and access
The hosted service uses Railway for application and database hosting, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for Sandbox checkout and subscription testing. These providers process information required for their respective services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Processing locations can depend on provider configuration and may differ from your location.
Authorized members of your organization can access information allowed by their role. Limited operational access may be needed for support, security, or maintenance. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal obligations or protect against unlawful activity.
Current hosted AI is Fake/off, and messaging is Mock with real outbound delivery disabled. This configuration does not send workspace conversations to a real AI model or send real customer messages. Separate fictional-data model testing does not authorize uploading customer records.
Cookies and website tracking
The authenticated application uses essential authentication and session technologies through Clerk. The public marketing pages can be read without signing in. Reclose does not currently integrate advertising pixels or an optional third-party website analytics tracker. Hosting and security logs are separate from advertising tracking.
Retention, security, and requests
Records are retained as needed for the functions you use, support, security, audit history, and applicable obligations. Canceling a test subscription does not automatically delete all workspace records or backups. Backup copies and records needed for security or legal reasons may be retained separately.
Contact our support email to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available to you. We may verify your identity and authority, and requests about a business’s customer records may need to be directed to that business. Do not email identity documents or sensitive records unless an appropriate process has been arranged.
Reclose uses organization-scoped access controls and restricted service identities. No system can promise absolute security. This notice does not claim a certification, a fixed deletion deadline, or a guarantee of zero provider retention.
Changes
