Eligibility is approved for your organization and checked before checkout. Signing up or selecting a plan does not grant the offer. Your actual pilot length and promotion dates are shown with the applicable offer. A plan change does not restart the discount period.
Create your account, establish your organization, and continue to checkout. Plan access is activated only after server-verified subscription confirmation. Is there a Founding Partner offer?
Approved organizations receive up to 30 days free, then 40% off for 12 monthly billing periods, followed automatically by the current standard plan price. At today’s standard prices, the discounted monthly prices are Starter $299.40, Growth $599.40, and Pro $1,199.40. Review your approved pilot length, promotion dates and post-promotion price before authorizing checkout. There is no lifetime discount or long-term contract requirement. Does Reclose replace our CRM?
Reclose keeps the customer and opportunity context needed for recovery. It does not require a full CRM replacement. Imports and supported connections depend on the available configuration; do not assume an existing platform is already integrated.
Can I change plans or manage billing?
An organization owner can manage billing and request plan changes. Founding Partner plans with a pilot schedule change at the next renewal, preserving the original discount end date. Other plan changes are confirmed in the billing portal. Payment methods and invoices remain available through Manage billing.
What happens if checkout is interrupted?
Return to your account and resume the organization’s purchase flow. A success page alone never grants paid access; Reclose verifies the subscription state on the server.
Will messages send without review?
No. The current pilot uses review-required drafts, and production sending and autonomy remain disabled. Customer permission, opt-outs, and human takeover controls still apply.
Is usage unlimited?
No. Location, seat, and recovery-start allowances are shown above. Any separately configured provider usage or additional charges must be made clear before you authorize them.
